FullTake isn't a content mill and it isn't a marketplace of anonymous freelancers. We're a small team of senior sound designers, editors and composers who spent decades producing jingles, scores and commercials for some of the biggest names in the business.

How long does it take to edit a short-form video?

Our standard turnaround is 2 business days from receiving your raw footage. On our Premium Market Leader plan, turnaround is 1 business day. Rush delivery can be arranged — contact us to discuss your timeline.
Can you edit videos shot on a phone?

Absolutely. Most of our clients shoot on iPhone or Android. You don't need professional camera equipment — just good lighting and stable footage. We handle everything else: editing, colour correction, captions, music, sound design, and platform optimisation. Simply record your footage and upload it to your dedicated cloud folder.
Do you edit TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts?

Yes — all three platforms and more. We optimise every video for the specific platform it will be posted on, including aspect ratio (9:16 for TikTok and Reels, 16:9 for YouTube), caption style, hook pacing, and retention editing. We also optimise for LinkedIn video and Facebook Reels.
How many revisions do I get per video?

What format should I send my raw footage in?

Can you fix bad audio recorded on a phone?

Yes. We use professional audio cleanup tools to remove background noise, echo, wind, and hum from phone-recorded audio. While professional recording equipment always produces better source audio, we can significantly improve most phone recordings to a broadcast-ready standard.
What is audio branding?

How much does podcast production cost?

Podcast production pricing depends on episode length, frequency, and the level of production required. Our podcast production service includes audio cleanup, noise removal, editing, level balancing, intro and outro music, and export in all distribution formats. What do I need to record a podcast at home?

At minimum you need a USB microphone (we recommend the Audio-Technica ATR2100x or Rode NT-USB), a quiet room, and recording software like Audacity (free) or Riverside.fm for remote interviews. You do not need a professional studio. Send us your raw recording and we handle everything else — editing, cleanup, music, and distribution-ready export.
Can you edit out mistakes and filler words?

Yes. We remove filler words (um, uh, like), long pauses, mistakes, false starts, and background noise. We also tighten pacing to keep listeners engaged throughout the episode. The result is a clean, professional recording that sounds like it was recorded in a professional studio.
Do you distribute podcasts to Spotify and Apple Podcasts?

We produce your podcast to distribution-ready standards compatible with all major platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, and more. Can you add animated captions to my videos?

Yes. Animated captions are included in all our video editing packages. Do you create animated logos?

What is the difference between royalty-free music and custom music?

Royalty-free music is pre-made music licensed for use in videos — thousands of brands use the same tracks. Custom music is composed specifically for your brand, meaning nobody else has it. Custom music builds stronger brand recognition, cannot be claimed on YouTube or TikTok, and makes your content immediately feel premium and unique.
Do I own the rights to custom music you make for me?

Yes. All custom music composed by FullTake Productions for your brand is delivered with full ownership rights transferred to you. You own the master recording and the composition. You can use it across all platforms, in perpetuity, without any ongoing licensing fees.
How long does it take to compose custom music?

A custom brand audio identity or short jingle typically takes 5-10 business days from brief to final delivery. A full original score for a brand film or documentary is typically 2-4 weeks depending on length and complexity. We include revision rounds in all custom music projects.
